I worked on this a bit more. Here's where I'm at:
1) I installed the Java Manager package on the 213j
2) When I open it, it shows the following screen:

- Java Manager
- Java install manager.jpg (43.79 KiB) Viewed 15239 times
3) I registered on the Oracle site, and then went here: site: JDK7 for ARM Download
4) I download the top file labeled: Linux ARM v6/v7 Hard Float ABI 67.79 MB [IMG] jdk-7u60-linux-arm-vfp-hflt.tar.gz
5) I go back in the Synology Java Manager, and browse to the file I just downloaded and install the software. It installs correctly.
6) I then go to the "Community" folder in the packages and try installing Serviio. It fails.
7) I also tried installing the Java 7 he has on his package site, and it fails as well.
