Java 7.51 update question

I know Java runtime is a virus magnet on PC browsers. Of course, I turned it off at the browser level.

For my QNAP TS120, I need Java to run Serviiio and nothing else. There's no browser interaction of any kind that I am aware of.

Being a believer in not fixing things that work well, do I need to upgrade to JRE 7.51 on my QNAP TS120 for any good reason?

Edit: installed 7.51 on qnap. No problems.
