Console wont load, 1.3.1 --> 1.2.1

I've got 1.2.1 running on my Synology DS213+ NAS and last night I rebuilt my PC.

Since doing so though, I can't get the console to load on my PC. I've downloaded the 1.3.1 installer from this site and installed just the console, I then edited the ServiioConsole.exe.vmoptions file and added the line "-Dserviio.remoteHost=192.168.0.5", however when I double click on the Serviio Console icon, nothing happens.

Is the version of the console in 1.3.1 compatible with the 1.2.1 Synology version? If not, can somebody please host a copy of the Serviio 1.2.1 installer for me, or point me in the direction of it on the site here?

Edit: Never mind... using a bit of common sense, I just copied the URL of the 1.3.1 downloader and replaced the 3 with a 2. The old 1.2.1 version is downloading now

No they aren't compatible so as you worked out you need to download 1.2.1.
