[SOLVED] Panasonic P50G20B AVI issue

Love your program. Seem to be having issues with certain avi files though on my Panasonic P50G20B i.e. some play without issues while for some I get the 'Cannot read file' message. I'm using the Panasonic Viera profile and the latest build of Serviio on Windows 7 Ultimate (32-bit).
Please see attached example and let me know if it can be solved (or how to transcode it).
