Panasonic viera G20. Connection to server failed

My Panny g20 can see serviio. But when click on the serviio it is telling connection to serer failed.

TV is connected to router by wire. and laptop is connected to router by wireless.

It was working fine with my virgin media router. But not working with the new netgear router provided by Orange. Please I need help :cry:

check the bound ip for serviio is still correct

Thanks . But can you please help me how to do that ? I mean what/how to check ?

I can see 2 ip address below renderer profile which is showing red and amber color. and blank in network setting inbound ip address.

ok so if the box is empty it should autodetect the ip. Can you find out what the IP of the pc running serviio and enter that in teh bound Ip box and save and restart serviio.

i did a ipconfig on the laptop. and entered 192.168.0.3 on the bound ip. saved it. restarted the server. But the same issue . :(

restart the whole laptop and try again please.

The issue was due to Firewall setting. It was blocking the request from the media server to access the folder.

The issue is now resolved. :) Thanks
