My Sony KDL-46EX620 can't connect to my server

I have a Sony KDL-46EX620 (2011 series) that can see my Serviio machine, but can't connect to it. I opened TCP port 8895 and UDP port 1900 in my router as mentioned in the FAQ. I also tried binding my PC's IP address in the console, just to make sure. And I tried disabling my firewall, and PeerBlock, too. None of these prevent my TV from telling me "The server is not accessible". When I run the TV's media server troubleshooter, it actually shows me two servers - one of which has a UUID that matches the one in my log and runs on port 8895, and the other which has a different UUID and is supposedly running on port 2869. What's up with that? I'm not sure why my TV is detecting two servers, and why it can't connect to either of them.
FYI my TV is correctly recognized on the Status page if that helps....
Anyway, here is the relevant part of my log:
