TV Can't access shared network files

I have a Bravia KDL-32EX403. Servio is installed on my Dell laptop which is wirelessly networked to my PC which in turn is wired to a Buffalo router.
I added PC folders to the Serviio library and the TV can see the folders but not the contents.
In the Status tab, the TV has a green dot while both the laptop and PC have orange dots.
The TV can see my laptop files no problem.
I am attempting something which can't be done, or do some settings etc need changed?
My technical know-how is near the bottom end of the scale!

- Make sure you are browsing the proper section of the Sony XMB (press Home then left several times).
The Serviio audio, image and video folders will all show up in each category due to how DLNA servers work - it's just the Sony that insists on having a menu for each category.
How many files do you have on shared folder, "The more you have files, The more you have to wait".
You could check on serviio log file (serviio/log).

Its ok, Sony TV is automatically identify as DLNA renderer. But laptop and PC are detected as generic Upnp devices.

Laptop is a local folder for Serviio, but PC folders are remoted, check that Serviio service could access to the networks folders with administrator account:
