Sony 2011 TV vs Coreavc h.264 encoded files

Calling all owners of the 2011 Sony bravia tv.
Have any of you guys come accross any video stuttering with files encoded by COREAVC ? Usually happens around the 30 minute mark. The audio is ok but when the video stutter starts it doesn't go away.
My experience is It doesn't matter if its a 480p or a 720p file. It doesn't matter if you playing it via DLNA (wired in my case) or via a USB drive as long as your using the TV's h.264 decoder. It doesn't matter if the level is main/high 4.1 it always stutters in the 30 minute mark.
X264 seems fine.
Any other format that natively plays or transcoded by serviio plays fine. I've narrowed it down to h.264 (MP4 containter) and encoded by Coreavc.
