streaming bravia tv with serviio - no files found!

I have a sony bravia KDL37ex723, netgear wnr2000 router, sony wifi dongle. win 7
I basically followed the sony utube clip.
I downloaded serviio to pc added a file path for video and fotos. went to tv and was able to see serviio logo,
clicked on it and the name of some of my files were there but nothing in them.
Did I miss something!
