Serviio

I have a brand new Samsung UE43AU7170UXZT television which does not render several video formats, showing the usual "video format not supported" message.
(Note that on the same local network I also have an older UE58MU6120 which renders all contents form the same Serviio server instance).

I tried all the profiles available in Serviio for Samsung TVs ( A, B, NU, C/D, E/F, H, J and M), but none seems to work.
Any suggestions?

I tried searching for that model number, but could only find an Italian Samsung web site, which I can't read. I have no idea what codecs your TV might support. To start, can you provide the media information for some of the files that won't play? Do you have any media that does play correctly? It would help to know that as well.
