Serviio not on TV

For some time Serviio no longer appears on my Samsung UE40JU7000 TV. The PC has not been modified and the Serviio service is well on hold. Where can this come from?

One of two possible things. First, if your Serviio computer is Windows, it's possible Microsoft released an update that closed the ports in the firewall that are required by Serviio. But if any other device on your network is seeing Serviio, then that wouldn't be it. The other thing is something changing on your network. If your router is controlled by your ISP (as some are), they might have changed something without you being aware. If you're using WiFi for the TV, Serviio PC, or both, there might be a setting that blocks wireless devices from seeing other devices on your network, and your ISP might have turned it on.
Is Serviio visible on any other device? How is the Serviio computer connected to the network? What is the computer's operating system? It also might help to see your Serviio log.

Thank you for your reply. Serviio is connected by wi-fi and I am using windows 10, up to date. Serviio is not installed on any other hardware.

Do you have any other devices on your network that would see Serviio? A smart TV, Blu Ray Player, perhaps a player app on a phone or tablet? Trying to determine if the problem is on the Serviio computer or at the TV end.
