Linux: too slow to scan folders and keeps disconnecting

Hi!

My PC has 3 OSs installed: Windows 7, Ubuntu 11.04 and Linux Mint 11 (all of them 64 bits).

In Windows, Serviio 0.5.2 is fast and stable: it scans my folders quickly and keeps connected with my TV (Samsung UN40C6900) all the time.

But... if I boot one of my Linux systems (anyone), Serviio is very, very, very slow to scan my folders (NTFS mounted under Linux) and my TV keeps disconnecting after 5 minutes or so. Nothing special on the logs.

Question: the problem is on the Linux OS or in the Serviio Linux version?

Anyone has experienced the same problems?

Thanks.
Regards.

can you post your linux serviio.log? It could be the NTFS under linux.

Sure.

But can I send the log just to you? I wouldn't like to disclosure my movie titles... (or edit the log file).

Thanks for reply.

Serviio Linux version is exactly the same, byte for byte, as the other versions.
