B series, can't turn subtitles on/off

Using a B750 with Serviio, if I play an MKV that has a matching SRT file, which has DTS sound and is thus being transcoded to AC3, obviously the time code is off due to FFMpeg not doing proper encoding of the time in the M2TS stream, that also has the effect of making the subtitles come up all out of whack too.
However, the point of this thread is, that I can't turn the subtitles off. The option for some reason, isn't coming up in the Tools menu.
So I have to stop the movie, then go to my server and rename the SRT file to a different name in order to disable subtitles.
I'm sure that my TV had an option in there for subtitles in the past, including a 'delay' option, etc, etc.
Just wondering why that isn't coming up now.

That menu is only available when using Samsung's PC Share Manager or C series TV with the appropriate profile.

I suggested to integrate this tool:
http://popostash.appspot.com/This always generate an empty sub to reset the screen.
- Code:
Before:
55
00:03:17,459 --> 00:03:19,292
Ahogy mondtam,
nem vagyok hős.
56
00:03:19,327 --> 00:03:21,360
Mit akarsz?
Mondd.
After:
55
00:03:17,459 --> 00:03:19,292
Ahogy mondtam,
nem vagyok hős.
56
00:03:19,292 --> 00:03:19,292
57
00:03:19,327 --> 00:03:21,360
Mit akarsz?
Mondd.
58
00:03:21,360 --> 00:03:21,360

Thats a good idea wwenigma. I wish that could happen too.
Mind you, that still won't help when transcoding right now, due to FFMpeg not supporting the bluray m2ts timecoding properly, the timing is all out of wack, which means the subtitles don't display at the right time.

I tried with the latest FFmpeg and my test video is doing a bit better, the subs still get out of sync after a while but better than few months ago.
