Serviio

Hi All,

I have got a problem with browsing the content of Video folders on both my Samsung and the IPad.

When I add the folder containing just the pictures then I can see them showing fine on both devices.

When I add the folder containing video then the only thing is can see is the folder itself and no subfolders or any files.

I have tried 2 different systems Win7 and WinXP and both do the same.

Any clues? Do I need any codecs on my Laptop? Tried 2 different routers as well as connecting both via wireless and wired Ethernet.

Any hints would be most helpful.

It takes a while for serviio to index all your files if you have a large library.

Can you post your serviio.log file on here.

all working good now. It was a case of folder ownership on xp/windows7. copying files to other folder and adding it to serviio library solved the problem.
