Hi all, i'm a really newbe.
I've just installed serviio on my mac book pro, and try to config my serviio server on my mac.
My server seems to be running but i cannot see any DLNA from my TV.
MY tv is connected OK, as if i try to run TVmobili on my mac my tv sees DLNA immediately.
I red this tread
viewtopic.php?f=10&t=1642 and i think i'm in the same situation, i tried to disable my firewall, but nothing changes.
I'd like to post the log, but i don't know where to find it.
Can someone give me some hints?
Tnk you.
Fabio

Is 192.168.0.2 the IP of your mac?
There are no incoming requests so there probably is a firewall on your mac blocking port 8895

You have other (virtual) network interfaces. Could you try disabling them (propably vmware/parallels) and try again?

				http://computers.pubkicks.com/disable-n ... n-mac/511/do that for vmnet1, vmnet8, vnic0, vnic1
don't forget to enable them back after you try it out so that your currently installed sw still works
